She hosts the GIRLBRAVE podcast and holds events that have positively impacted thousands of people. Jen also started the Art Gang, an online and in-person community for girls to make art and inspire each other. She is an alumni of the NMotion/GBeta accelerator program and received funding from the Maverick Venture Fund.

Jen co-founded MintKit with her partner Davida Gaffney and is currently a part of HedgeHug, a Web3 incubator created by Randi Zuckerberg and Debbie Soon. Jen is dedicated to mentoring youth and helping them become more confident and happy.
